Chris Johns has spent more than 15 years across SEO, ecommerce, content operations, analytics, and the answer engines now reshaping all of it. That work has included **running global content operations across 18 markets** and **measuring AI visibility across 25 countries and tens of thousands of prompts**. It is unusual experience to bring to a Boise service business, and that is precisely the point.

The technical side is not theoretical. Chris builds the systems this work runs on: content automation tooling, a structured data engine that writes and validates the JSON-LD large language models lean on to understand a business, and search analytics pipelines that turn raw crawl, query, and citation data into something you can act on.
