Why this is not a free audit
Free audits are lead magnets. They are usually automated, they surface whatever the tool surfaces, and they exist to create alarm rather than clarity. This one takes real hours, produces conclusions specific to your market, and belongs to you. If you take the roadmap and execute it yourself, that is a legitimate outcome.
What the diagnostic covers
What you receive
A written document, not a slide deck of screenshots. Findings, evidence, the reasoning behind each priority, and what we would do first, second, and third if it were our business. Plus the raw data behind it.
A written document is slower to skim than a deck, and it will take you an hour to read properly rather than ten minutes to flick through. That is the point. A deck of screenshots is easy to produce and easy to nod along to, and it rarely survives contact with the question, so what do we do first.
What it costs
The Search Visibility Diagnostic is 950 to 1,750 dollars depending on site size and market complexity. If you go on to a qualifying engagement, the fee is credited toward your first month.

Questions we get asked
How long does the diagnostic take?
Two to three weeks from kickoff, depending on site size and how quickly access comes through. The strategy call is booked once the document is with you, so you have time to read it first.
What do you need from me?
Read access to Google Analytics, Search Console, and your Google Business Profile, plus a short conversation about which services actually make you money. That last part matters more than the access.
Is the fee really credited?
Yes, against your first month on a qualifying engagement. There is no expiry game and no minimum term attached to it.
Can I use the roadmap with another agency?
Yes. It is written to be handed to anyone, including your in house team or a different agency. You paid for it, it is yours, and we would rather be useful than hold it hostage.
