These terms govern your access to and use of bigbraindigital.com and the services Big Brain Digital, LLC provides through it. By using the site you agree to them. If you engage us for work, a separate written agreement governs that engagement and takes precedence over these terms wherever the two differ.

Big Brain Digital provides search visibility and web strategy services: Boise SEO, local search and Google Business Profile work, AI search visibility, web design and build, and one time SEO audits. Scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in that engagement's own agreement, not here.

We may modify these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
4. Using the site
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or use automated means to extract content at a rate that degrades it for other visitors.

All content on this site, including copy, design, code, charts, and marks, is the property of Big Brain Digital, LLC or its licensors. Client names, logos, and screen captures appear with that client's permission and remain their property.

This site links to third party websites and embeds a third party scheduling tool. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices. The scheduling tool loads only when you ask for it.
8. No guarantee of results
Search and AI visibility outcomes depend on factors outside any provider's control, including search engine behavior, competitor activity, and your own market. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a ranking, a citation, an AI mention, or a business result. Figures shown in case studies describe a specific period and scope, which is stated alongside them.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
