1. What this covers
This policy explains what information Big Brain Digital, LLC collects when you visit this website or contact us, how that information is used, how long it is kept, and what choices you have. It applies to this website and to inquiries made through it. It does not apply to third party websites we link to, which operate their own policies.
If you engage us for services, a separate agreement governs the handling of any data you give us access to as part of that work, including analytics accounts and business profiles.
2. Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information. The first is what you give us directly, which is limited to what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, company, website, primary service, service area, a description of your growth problem, an optional budget range, and your preferred contact method.
2.1 Information collected automatically
The second is technical information collected when you browse, which may include your approximate location derived from an IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you viewed. This is collected only where you have accepted optional analytics cookies.
2.2 What we do not collect
We do not collect payment information through this website, we do not run advertising or cross site tracking, and we do not buy or enrich contact data from third party brokers.
3. Analytics and cookies
Essential cookies are required for the site to function, including security and remembering your consent choice. These cannot be switched off. Optional analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful and where people get stuck, and they are off until you turn them on.
Our cookie banner defaults optional cookies to off. Declining them does not degrade the site. You can change your choice at any time through the banner, and the Cookie Policy describes each cookie, its purpose, and its lifetime.
The analytics product in use is Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Site Kit. Consent defaults to denied for analytics storage on every page, and no analytics cookie is set until you accept optional cookies in the banner. Your choice is stored in this browser and can be changed at any time. Google Analytics data is retained for fourteen months. We run no advertising cookies, no remarketing, and no call tracking.
4. How we use information
We use what you submit to reply to your inquiry, to assess whether we are a sensible fit for the work, and to prepare for a call if one is booked. We use analytics information in aggregate to improve the site.
We do not use your inquiry to add you to a marketing list, and submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate the site and respond to you, such as our website host, email provider, scheduling tool, and analytics provider. Each processes data on our instructions. A current list is available on request.
6. Retention
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation, then deleted on request. Analytics data is retained for the period configured in the analytics product, described in the Cookie Policy.
7. Your choices
You can decline optional cookies, change that choice later, ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the address below and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason.
