1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember things between page loads, such as a security token or the choice you made about analytics.

2. What this site sets

Essential

Required for the site to work. These include WordPress session and security cookies, and one entry in your browser's local storage named bbd26_consent that records whether you accepted or declined optional cookies. Without it the banner would ask you again on every page. Essential storage cannot be switched off.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Site Kit, sets _ga and _ga_* cookies to measure which pages are useful and where people get stuck. Their lifetime is up to two years, and reporting data is retained for fourteen months. These are denied by default on every page and are set only after you accept them in the banner.

What this site does not set

No advertising cookies, no remarketing or cross site tracking, no social media pixels, and no call tracking.

3. Third party embeds

The Contact page can embed a Calendly scheduling widget. It loads only when you click to load it, so it sets no cookies unless you ask for the calendar. Calendly operates its own privacy and cookie policies.

4. Changing your choice

The consent banner appears until you choose. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again on your next visit. Declining optional cookies does not degrade the site in any way.

5. Browser controls
